Terms and Conditions for use of the AdvoDiary Jangiram mobile application.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the contents of AdvoDiary Jangiram mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and you accept our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy. If you have any objection to any of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement then you must not use any product or service on the Mobile application and leave immediately.

You agree that you will not use the Mobile application for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Mobile application in a manner that could impair performance, damage the Content or otherwise diminish the overall functionality of the Mobile application. You also agree that you will not compromise the security of the Mobile application or attempt to gain access to secure areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be solely responsible for any claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, costs including legal fees arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Modification:

AdvoDiary Jangiram reserves the right to change any part of this Agreement without notice and your use of the Mobile application shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement. We recommend users to regularly check the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

AdvoDiary Jangiram has the sole discretion to modify or remove any portion of the mobile application without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances will AdvoDiary Jangiram be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, including any loss of business, revenue, profits or data, in connection with your use of the Mobile application.

If someone objects to the data given by you, then it will also be your responsibility. AdvoDiary Jangiram will not have any responsibility in this case

Copyright:

All intellectual property of AdvoDiary Jangiram such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Mobile application shall remain the property of AdvoDiary Jangiram.

By using the Mobile application you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of AdvoDiary Jangiram and shall refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing or exploiting for any commercial purpose any material contained within the Mobile application.

Disclaimer:

The information is provided with the understanding that the mobile application is not engaged in providing advice and should not be relied upon solely in making any related decisions.

The information contained in the Mobile Application is provided on an "as is user supplied" basis, with no warranties, express or otherwise implied, relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Mobile Application. 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the AdvoDiary Jangiram mobile application and make no representations that use of the mobile application will be error free.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or change usernames that infringe well-known, trademarked or copyrighted names.

Third Parties:

The mobile application may contain hyperlinks to mobile applications operated by other parties. We do not control such mobile applications and we do not take any responsibility and will not have any liability in relation to their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such mobile applications does not imply any endorsement of the views, statements or information contained in such mobile applications.

Payment:

The payment tenure on AdvoDiary Jangiram mobile application is 365 days, which means if you take a subscription, from then on your mobile application access tenure will count.

Service:

We reserve the right to remove any Service in whole or in part for legal or commercial purposes as deemed necessary by AdvoDiary Jangiram.

Misuse and abuse of the AdvoDiary Jangiram mobile applicationmay result in termination of your membership and your email address may be banned from registering in the future. We also reserve the right to suspend, block or modify any member profile deemed rude, distasteful or otherwise objectionable. 

All disputes are subject to Rewari jurisdiction only.
